Background: The Institute for International Public Policy (IIPP) Fellowship Program is a program of the UNCF Special Programs Corporation. The Institute seeks to broaden access to international education and training opportunities for underrepresented minority college students.

The Institute for Responsible Citizenship Summer Programs

The Institute for Responsible Citizenship operates programs in Washington and New York.  Both programs consist of eight-week summers.  Washington Program  The core program, initiated in 2003, works this way:  Students work full-time at internships that are arranged with their career goals in mind.
